Working with the reflexes enables Hemispheres to look at some of the early neurological connections children make. Some of the early reflexes are active at the time of attachment, bonding and building connections to our primary carers. When this is disrupted in anyway it can mean that young children find aspects of their development and learning more challenging.
Hemispheres Occupational Therapy has been commissioned to work with adopted children, in Surrey who have been adopted, to support and facilitate the social, emotional, physical and sensory development.
