About us

Jocelyn is a dedicated paediatric occupational therapist with a passion for helping children reach their full, unique potential. Jocelyn graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, and began her career practicing in a high-paced government hospital before moving to the UK.    Jocelyn initially began specialising within the field of burns rehabilitation, working within an acute burns unit and supporting individuals through their rehabilitation to be able to do the things they love. Through this, Jocelyn found a love for a holistic, lifestyle based approach to supporting families, instigating the move into paediatric therapy.    Jocelyn works across both the NHS and independent practice in different capacities with a special interest in neurodevelopmental therapy and primitive reflex integration, looking closely at how the child and their family unit interact with their environment.   Jocelyn is passionate about professional development and has completed the primitive reflex integration course through Hemispheres, as well as the SOS Approach to Feeding, and Sensory Integration Module 1, alongside others, to support building a well-rounded picture of the children and families she works with.   Whether supporting daily routines, self-regulation, or mealtimes, Jocelyn is committed to empowering families with the understanding and tools they need to help their children thrive.
